For 25 years she has guided organizations, leaders and individuals through a wide variety of transformational processes. Her particular talent lies in her ability to take an otherwise nebulous and unwieldy subject getting people to change and making it manageable. She shows others how to bring clarity to situations rife with ambiguity and resistance. Patty has worked both internally and externally across the globe as a change and leadership development consultant. In addition to consulting with organizations, she also has a small life coaching practice. She is currently working on her PhD in Human and Organizational Development with an emphasis on Neuro-Psychology at Fielding Graduate University.
